How to curate an impressive Grazing Board

Having been a part of Highpoint for multiple years now, the family at Gourmet Deli House’s priorities are simple – good quality and customer service. With a passion for family and all things food, the Christofe family are your go-to’s for all things antipasto! Not only do they stock the highest quality produce, you’ll find they really do add their personal touch – from in-house marinades to their home made dips.

A Grazing Board is the perfect way to feed a crowd without spending hours in the kitchen. Whether you need to take something to your next party, or looking for a lazy Friday night dinner, this work of art will definitely be a hit. We’ve got you covered with the step by step guide provided by Grazing King, Matt Christofe.

‘We start with picking a variety of quality cheeses including a range of different strengths and textures.

Our top choices are:

  • French brie and blue
  • Rembrandt aged gouda from Amsterdam
  • Spanish Manchego
  • Crumbly cheddar from Gippsland

We then add on some delicious home made dips. You can’t go wrong with some of our classics including:
  • Hummus
  • Eggplant
  • Caviar
  • Beetroot

Next we place some mouth water antipasto and seafood into bowls and place sparingly across the board for pops of colour! Some of our favourites include:
  • Our families mixed olives
  • Prawns
  • Stuffed peppadews
  • Semi dried tomatoes
  • Dolmade’s (all homemade of course)

We then add in some of our small deli goods directly on the board to fill the spaces. You can’t go wrong with:
  • Italian prosciutto
  • Casalingo salami
  • Butcher made kabana

Lastly, finish up with a range of our crackers and dried muscatel grapes.

There you go, in a few simple steps you’ve got own work of art! We love adding a personal touch with every Grazing Board, which is what makes them all so unique and so amazing. You can thank us later!’
