

Easter Biscoff Mousse
This quick and easy Easter Biscoff Mousse takes just 5 minutes prepare. Serve in your favourite cocktail glass and decorate with Easter eggs of your choice!
Ingredients
- 200ml thickened cream
- 1 tbsp lotus Biscoff spread
- 6 mini eggs
- 2 x Easter Egg and/or Bunny
- 1 lotus Biscoff biscuit
Method
- Lightly whip the thickened cream until slightly thickened
- Add in the Biscoff spread and continue to whip until a stiff peak forms
- Pipe the cream into a cup of your choice and top with the biscuit, mini eggs and bunny/Easter egg
