HIGHPOINT CELEBRITY DENIM CHALLENGE

Highpoint is proud to partner with the official L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival charity partner beyondblue: the national depression initiative, to present the Highpoint Celebrity ‘beyondblue’ Denim Challenge.

Well-known Australian identities have lent a hand to put their personal stamp on a pair of jeans to raise awareness about depression and anxiety disorders, by transforming their jeans ‘beyond blue’.

Depression is a serious illness that affects around one million Australian adults and over 160,000 young people each year. Anxiety disorders are even more common affecting over two million Australians annually. People with depression and anxiety can often find it hard to take the first step and seek help. Bringing light to these conditions and reaching out to those who need help is vital.

Highpoint and beyondblue invite you to help raise awareness about the seriousness of depression and anxiety disorders by making a silent bid for your favourite pair of celebrity jeans. Bidding opens Saturday, 20 March and closes Monday 29 March 2010.
